All printed / bespoke balloons are sent out by DPD. With all our delivery services you get SMS and email notifications and tracking. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.

If no-one is available at the delivery address to take receipt for the delivery a card will be left informing the recipient that a delivery attempt has been made. This card gives a phone number and clear instructions on how to get the balloon re-delivered or where the item can be picked up from. If the option has been chosen the box may be left with a neighbour. theballoonshop.co.uk cannot be held responsible for late deliveries if no one is at home to receive the items. Please note re-delivery same day may not be possible.
We do our best to deliver the goods to the correct address, however, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete information. If goods are delayed due to this information being incorrect or incomplete, refunds will not be offered. Please ensure you supply us with a correct and complete delivery address including postcode.
Once delivered to the given address, the package is no longer the responsibility of theballoonshop.co.uk. If the goods are accepted or signed for by someone other than the recipient but not passed on, we cannot take responsibility for this nor offer any refund.
